Shipping Policy

International Shipping:

Shipping rates are calculated by the shipping carrier selected, based on order size and shipping address provided. Your shipping rate is finalized at checkout. 

International Orders will be sent out via DHL or other reputable courier companies. Customers will receive a tracking code that lets you know when to expect delivery of your items.

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

If you aren't available when your parcel is delivered, the delivery driver will leave a calling card with instructions on how to pick it up.                                                    

Where do we ship from?

We are based in Jiaxing, Zhejiang, China.

Damages:

Inniverse does NOT take any responsibility for packages damaged while in transit, lost, or stolen. If your package is misdelivered, as the recipient of the package, you are required to get in contact with the shipping carrier to file a claim. We can provide you with all the necessary information for the investigation; however, please keep in mind that this is a matter completely out of our control. Any claims on lost or damaged packages must be reported to the carrier.
