Returns and Exchanges
If you are not happy with your online purchase, you can return your item(s) within 28 days of the purchase date. The item(s) you return must be in their original condition, unworn and sellable. We do not refund any original shipping fees. You will be notified once we receive the return and you will receive your refund within 3-5 working days of this. If more than 28 days have passed since your purchase, we will issue you with a credit note to the value of your items (within a maximum of 35 days of your purchase date).
All purchases made in store are exchange only.
All customers will need to bear the cost of returning any items to us. You can find a returns form here. Please send your return form and items to the below address. We recommend getting a proof of postage stamp from the Post Office or a tracking number from the courier company.

The items are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you pack your items carefully to prevent any damage. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error and will not be able to return these to you free of charge. Please contact us for further details. Items bought as part of a multi-item offer, must all be returned for the full refund to apply. If one item of the offer is returned, then the value of the lower priced item at time of purchase will be refunded. If you qualified for a free item with your purchase, this will need to be returned with the main item purchased, to qualify for a full refund. This does not apply to gift items.
Personalised items and face masks cannot be returned and are non-refundable.
