Refund Policy

Refunds are issued through the original payment method. If that's not possible, the buyer must provide alternative details for the refund. Approved refunds are processed by Inniverse within 1-3 business days. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 7-15 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
